These Terms and Conditions apply to services and communications offered by Think Technology LLC, operating as Think Technologies. Think Technology LLC also operates The US Publisher, its publishing-services brand. By using our website or purchasing services, you agree to the applicable provisions below.
1. Services and project scope
We provide digital services including content writing, SEO and copywriting, lead-generation systems, website design and development, software development, strategy, consultation, and related publishing support. The specific scope, price, delivery schedule, revision allowance, and deliverables for each engagement are defined in the applicable proposal, invoice, order confirmation, or written service agreement.
2. Client responsibilities
Clients must provide accurate information, lawful materials, timely feedback, and required approvals. Delivery dates may change when materials, feedback, payment, or approvals are delayed. Clients represent that they own or are authorized to use all content submitted to us.
3. Payments, delivery, and revisions
Payments are due according to the applicable invoice or agreement. Deliverables are generally provided digitally. Revisions are included only to the extent stated in the purchased package or written agreement. Additional work, changes in scope, or extra revisions may require a revised quote.
4. Intellectual property
Upon full payment, rights to final deliverables transfer as stated in the applicable agreement. Pre-existing tools, templates, licensed materials, and third-party components remain subject to their original ownership and licenses. We will not use confidential client materials in a public portfolio without permission.
5. SMS messaging program
Program description: Optional informational and marketing text messages related to inquiries, consultations, quotations, customer care, project updates, services, work samples, reviews, and special offers.
SMS enrollment is optional. Informational and marketing consent choices are presented separately, and consent to marketing messages is not a condition of purchase. Message frequency varies based on your interactions and preferences. Message and data rates may apply.

Results from marketing, publishing, technology, and consulting services depend on many factors outside our control. Unless expressly stated in a signed agreement, we do not guarantee sales, rankings, revenue, platform acceptance, attendance, media coverage, or other specific commercial outcomes. To the extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability for a claim will not exceed the amount paid for the specific service giving rise to that claim.
8. Privacy
Our handling of personal information, mobile information, and SMS consent is described in our Privacy Policy, which is incorporated into these Terms.
9. Changes and governing terms
We may update these Terms by publishing a revised version and changing the “Last updated” date. Any signed service agreement controls if it conflicts with these general website Terms. Applicable law and venue will be determined by the governing-law provision in the relevant service agreement or, if none exists, by the law applicable to Think Technology LLC.
